Copyright notices
Toonily respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe material available on toonily.gg infringes your copyright, send a detailed notice to hello@toonily.gg.
What to include
- Your full name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL of each item you want reviewed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Review process
Complete notices will be reviewed in good faith. We may request additional information, restrict access to identified material or forward the notice to the party responsible for the material where appropriate.
Counter-notices
If material was removed or restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected party may send a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law. Seek independent legal advice if you are unsure about your rights.
Misrepresentation
Submitting knowingly false or misleading claims may result in legal liability. Only submit a notice when you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for one.
